We call you
We’ll call you to arrange everything, confirm the price and lock in your date. Book 1–2 weeks ahead if you can, especially for weekends and the end of the month.
Packing & moving day
We pack (often the same day as the move, or the day before for larger homes), our own truck and crew move everything, and if you’ve asked for unpacking we set up the rooms the way you want.

How far in advance should I book a packing service?
We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance, especially during busy periods like weekends and end of month. That said, we always do our best to accommodate last-minute bookings — give us a call on 0452 158 226 and we’ll see what we can do.
Can you pack just one room or specific items?
Yes — we offer flexible partial packing. Whether you just need the kitchen done, your fragile items wrapped, or a single room packed, we can tailor the service to exactly what you need. You’re not locked into a full-house pack.
Are my belongings insured during packing and transit?
Yes — all our jobs are fully insured from the moment we start packing to final delivery. Your belongings are protected throughout the entire process, giving you complete peace of mind.
Do you pack and move on the same day?
Yes — we can pack and move on the same day for most jobs. For larger homes we may recommend packing the day before to keep the move day efficient. We’ll advise you on the best approach on the call.
